Key Responsibilities Teach and demonstrate massage therapy techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, stretch, and foot reflexology, in alignment with Georgia State Board standards. Instruct students in anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, pathology, and ethics related to massage therapy. Create and deliver lesson plans that combine classroom lectures, practical demonstrations, and hands-on clinic experiences. Evaluate and mentor students to ensure competency, professionalism, and confidence. Maintain accurate records for attendance, progress, and state compliance. Collaborate with other instructors to support a positive, motivating, and career-driven learning environment.
