Most sessions are for 30 minutes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients achieve relaxation and pain relief through various massage techniques. This role requires a strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology, along with exceptional customer service skills. As a Licensed Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapeutic services in a professional setting. Pay ranges from $40-$55 an hour. Based on session times. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and preferences. Provide various types of massage therapies, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy. Develop personalized treatment plans focused on pain management and overall wellness. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and self-care practices. Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to enhance service offerings. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support patient health goals. Requirements Must be reliable and understand the importance of showing up for our clients. Valid GA state licensure as a Massage Therapist. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. Experience in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques. Excellent patient service skills with the ability to assess client needs effectively. Previous experience in a med spa or similar environment is preferred but not required. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients. Knowledge of occupational health principles is a plus.
