Job Description

Grow your business and join Team Halo! Halo Salon & Spa in downtown Augusta is hiring a Georgia-licensed massage therapist. Must have deep tissue massage experience/expertise and athletic/lymphatic/trigger point skills will help build clientele bookings.
Responsibilities include:
  • Deliver high-quality, personalized massage therapy services for clients
  • Maintain equipment and inventory of products
  • Build and retain client book, with recommendations on consistency and type of services needed for long-term client care

Halo's commission-based model and focus on training encourage our service providers to shape their skills and passions while providing them with a salon home that strives for excellence. This commission-plus-tips positio n is a part-to-full-time position depending on specialties and availability. Exact hours will be agreed upon by service provider and Halo management.
Duties:
  • Perform various massage techniques
  • Assess clients' needs and create personalized treatment plans
  • Provide excellent service and ensure client comfort and satisfaction
  • Conduct physical examinations and assess patients' medical history
  • Apply knowledge of anatomy and physiology to target specific areas of concern
  • Utilize occupational health techniques to promote wellness and prevent injury
