Duties Provide professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities tailored to individual client needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their health concerns, preferences, and treatment goals Educate clients on self-care practices, occupational health tips, and injury prevention strategies Maintain detailed records of each session, including client progress and treatment plans, in compliance with medical terminology standards Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive pain management strategies when necessary Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients by adhering to sanitation protocols and licensing regulations Stay current with industry trends and continuing education opportunities to enhance your skills and certifications in physiology knowledge, anatomy, and med spa procedures Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification in good standing Proven experience in patient service with excellent customer service skills Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Experience with deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and occupational health treatments preferred Ability to perform thorough patient assessments and develop customized treatment plans Familiarity with med spa procedures and pain management techniques is a plus Excellent communication skills to effectively educate clients and collaborate with team members Join us to help clients feel their best through expert touch and compassionate care.
