Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to join our team at Paradise Hills in the beautiful mountains. This role is essential in delivering exceptional spa services that enhance our guests' experience and contribute to their overall well-being. This is a contract labor position. Responsibilities Provide high-quality massage therapy services tailored to individual client needs. Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans. Utilize techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to alleviate pain and tension. Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized. Educate clients on the benefits of various massage techniques and aftercare practices. Collaborate with other spa staff to enhance the overall guest experience. Uphold the highest standards of patient service and professionalism at all times. Qualifications Valid massage therapy license in the state of practice. Proven experience in various massage techniques, including deep tissue and trigger point therapy. Strong patient assessment skills with an emphasis on customer service. Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology is preferred. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
