Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual needs and preferences. Provide a range of massage therapies including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy and reflexology. Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments and goals. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and self-care techniques for pain management. Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary. Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the overall client experience. Keep accurate records of treatments performed and client progress. Qualifications Valid massage therapy license from an accredited institution. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to effectively address client needs. Experience in med spa settings is a plus but not required. Proficient in various massage techniques, particularly deep tissue and trigger point therapy. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and patient satisfaction.
