Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend appropriate treatment plans for pain management, stress relief, or occupational health concerns. Maintain detailed documentation of each session, including treatment notes and client progress reports in compliance with health regulations. Ensure a safe and hygienic environment by adhering to sanitation standards and maintaining proper equipment usage. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized care that enhances their overall experience. Stay updated on the latest massage techniques, physiology knowledge, medical terminology relevant to therapy practices, and industry best practices. Experience Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification. Proven experience in delivering various massage modalities. Knowledge of human anatomy and physiology with the ability to assess patient conditions accurately. Familiarity with pain management techniques and client communication skills necessary for effective treatment planning. Prior experience with customer service-oriented roles that emphasize patient service excellence is highly valued.
