Licensed Massage Therapist Oncore Physical Therapy Cumming, GA Job Details Part-time | Full-time $35 - $50 an hour 9 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications CPR Certification Anatomy knowledge Clinic experience Massage Therapy License Licensed Massage Therapist Medical terminology Full Job Description Oncore Physical Therapy is a growing, cash-based concierge clinic in Cumming, GA, seeking a skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our clinical wellness team. In this role, you'll deliver personalized massage therapy that supports pain relief, recovery, and overall well-being for a diverse client base — working alongside our physical therapy team rather than in a standalone spa setting. Your expertise helps clients reach their health goals through tailored treatment, careful assessment, and clear communication. What you'll do: Perform a range of techniques including medical massage, Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, lymphatic drainage, and stretch therapy. Conduct thorough client assessments to identify areas of concern and shape appropriate treatment plans Educate clients on treatment benefits, post-session care, and self-care strategies for ongoing wellness Maintain detailed session documentation, including client progress and treatment notes, using proper medical terminology Maintain a safe, comfortable environment in line with hygiene protocols and safety guidelines, including CPR certification Communicate clearly with clients to understand their goals and address concerns Stay current with industry best practices through continuing education in physiology, anatomy, pain management, and specialized procedures What you bring: Proven expertise across medical massage, Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, sports, prenatal, lymphatic drainage, and stretch therapy. Strong assessment skills and the ability to communicate treatment plans clearly Working knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and pain management strategies Experience in a clinical or med spa setting is a plus Professionalism and strong client-facing communication Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain before start) To apply: Email your resume to
