Responsibilities Provide customized massage sessions based on client needs and goals Create an exceptional client experience from start to finish Educate clients on treatment recommendations and wellness plans Recommend future services or membership options when appropriate Maintain a clean, calm, professional treatment room Build and retain a loyal clientele over time Contribute positively to team culture and daily operations Requirements Active Massage Therapy License in the state of Georgia Strong communication and customer care skills Ability to perform 4+ hands-on hours per shift/day Professional, dependable, and self-motivated Passion for continued learning and personal growth

Preferred Availability Mondays:

Flexible Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays:

4:00 PM - 7:00 PM 3 Saturdays per month: 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM Additional availability welcomed Compensation Competitive tiered commission structure based on performance, consistency, and growth, plus tips.
