Job Overview We are seeking a licensed Massage Therapist to provide exceptional therapeutic massage services in a professional and welcoming environment. This role offers an opportunity to help clients manage pain, improve mobility, and enhance overall well-being through personalized treatment plans. The licensed Massage Therapist will work closely with clients to assess their needs and deliver tailored massage therapies that promote relaxation and healing. Responsibilities Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities suited to client needs Greet clients and create a treatment plan tailored to their specific goals for the session Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend exercises or stretches as needed Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all clients Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including occupational health standards Stay current with industry trends and continuing education to enhance skills and knowledge Experience Valid current State issued Massage Therapy license. strong customer service and communication skills Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, relevant to massage therapy Experience with pain management techniques such as trigger point therapy and deep tissue massage preferred but open to learning new techniques as needed is a win! Prior experience in a spa setting or similar environments is advantageous
