This position will focus primarily on performing our specialized roller massage treatments. Previous roller massage experience is not required. Complete training will be provided. Responsibilities Perform professional roller massage treatments Follow Lazuk Esthetics' treatment protocols and safety standards Help guests understand the treatment and what to expect Customize sessions according to each guest's goals and comfort Maintain accurate guest notes Prepare, clean and sanitize the treatment room and equipment Deliver a welcoming, professional guest experience Support guest retention and appropriate treatment-series recommendations Qualifications Current Georgia massage therapy license Professional, dependable and guest-focused Comfortable learning equipment-based treatment protocols Strong communication and interpersonal skills Able to maintain appropriate professional boundaries and confidentiality Interest in wellness, recovery, circulation and body-focused esthetic treatments Compensation $18-$22 per hour, based on experience Paid, hands-on roller massage training Opportunity to grow with an expanding esthetics and wellness practice About Lazuk Esthetics Lazuk Esthetics is an Alpharetta medspa offering personalized esthetic and wellness treatments.
