Responsibilities Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and occupational health treatments tailored to individual client needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and document progress accurately Educate clients on self-care practices and pain management strategies to maximize treatment benefits Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment in compliance with health regulations and safety standards Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns, explain treatment procedures, and ensure comfort throughout sessions Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and physiotherapy Manage appointment schedules efficiently while providing excellent customer service to foster client retention and satisfaction Experience Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist Proven experience in massage therapy with proficiency in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, Lymphatic Drainage, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and medical or occupational health treatments Strong knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to support effective patient assessment and pain management Prior experience working in med spas or healthcare settings is preferred Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly with clients about treatment options and health concerns Experience handling client records with confidentiality and professionalism Familiarity with pain management techniques and client communication skills that foster trust and comfort Join us to make a meaningful difference through healing touch!
