POSITION PROFILE 1.
Clinical Service Delivery Perform a full range of massage, esthetic, and body treatment services to Hilton Curio and Valor Hospitality brand standards Serve as the technical benchmark for guest experience and treatment quality across all 7 treatment rooms Conduct quality checks on treatment setups, room presentation, and product usage compliance Demonstrate and role-model service sequencing, guest communication, and draping protocols 2. Protocol Development & Documentation Own, author, and maintain the full spa protocol library covering all current and new treatment offerings Write protocols to Valor brand standards, including step-by-step procedures, timing, product application, and guest interaction guidance Collaborate with the Spa Director to identify gaps in the existing protocol library and prioritize accordingly Develop new protocols as services are added to the spa menu - encouraged to collaborate with other therapists on the team to develop these protocols Submit all protocols to the Spa Director for review and approval prior to team distribution Maintain a living protocol binder (digital and/or physical) that is current at all times 3. Team Training & Development Lead hands-on training sessions for new and existing therapists on all spa protocols Conduct monthly skills observations and provide documented feedback to the Spa Director Support onboarding of new hires, including protocol walkthroughs, room setup standards, and guest service expectations Identify skill gaps within the team and bring training recommendations to the Spa Director/Manager Serve as the first point of escalation for therapist questions during operational hours 4. Retail & Inventory Management Oversee day-to-day back bar product inventory, including stock counts, par levels, and reorder requests Track and report retail sales performance to the Spa Director on a weekly basis Educate and coach therapists on product knowledge and in-treatment retail recommendations Flag slow-moving inventory and propose promotional or educational strategies to the Spa Director Ensure back bar product usage is within guidelines and report discrepancies 5. Team Leadership & Floor Presence Act as the operational lead on shift in the absence of the Spa Director/Manager Model professionalism, punctuality, and guest-first behavior at all times Support therapist scheduling input and flag coverage concerns to the Spa Director Foster a collaborative, accountable team culture aligned with Hilton and Valor brand values Address minor team concerns in the moment; escalate matters to the Spa Director or manager immediately Required Qualifications Valid state licensure in Massage Therapy Valid state licensure in Esthetics/Cosmetology Certification or demonstrated proficiency in Body Treatments Minimum 2 years of professional spa experience Prior leadership, training, or senior therapist experience preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with spa booking/POS software Familiarity with Hilton brand standards preferred Compensation Hourly base rate as established in employment agreement Commission on treatments and retail sales per current commission structure Commission structure and rates are governed by the current compensation agreement on file
