Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. In this role, you will provide exceptional massage therapy services designed to promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for our diverse clientele. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health and wellness goals through personalized treatment plans, utilizing a variety of massage techniques. Responsibilities Perform professional massage therapy sessions including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, and other modalities tailored to client needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual concerns and develop customized treatment plans Communicate effectively with clients to explain procedures, address questions, and ensure comfort throughout each session Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by adhering to sanitation protocols and occupational health standards Collaborate with other healthcare or wellness professionals as needed to support comprehensive patient care Experience Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification Proven experience in providing various massage techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, and prenatal massage Strong knowledge of human physiology and anatomy to accurately assess patient needs and deliver effective treatments Prior experience working in medical spas or similar healthcare settings preferred Familiarity with medical terminology related to pain management and occupational health issues Excellent client communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse populations Experience with patient service excellence and customer service principles to ensure a positive client experience Join us in delivering outstanding therapeutic care that enhances well-being!
