Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Resort Masseuse to join our luxurious wellness team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage therapy services designed to promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for our guests. Your expertise will help create a memorable and rejuvenating experience, ensuring our guests leave feeling revitalized and satisfied. Responsibilities Provide a variety of massage treatments including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and relaxation techniques tailored to individual guest needs Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate therapy plans and ensure safe treatment procedures Utilize knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to enhance treatment effectiveness and communicate clearly with guests about their care Maintain a high standard of patient service by creating a welcoming, professional atmosphere that encourages guest comfort and trust Educate guests on post-treatment care, occupational health practices, and pain management strategies Keep detailed records of treatments performed, patient progress, and any relevant health information in compliance with privacy standards Collaborate with other wellness professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans that support overall guest health goals Qualifications Proven experience in med spa environments or resort settings with expertise in deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy Excellent patient service skills with the ability to assess individual needs accurately and adapt treatments accordingly Familiarity with occupational health principles and pain management techniques Prior experience working in a luxury resort or spa setting is preferred but not required Certification from an accredited massage therapy program; state licensure or certification as applicable Ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests and team members in a professional manner Join us to deliver healing touch and relaxation in an inspiring environment!
