Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, and medical massage tailored to individual client needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and document progress accurately Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns, explain treatment options, and provide education on self-care practices Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment in compliance with health regulations and sanitation standards Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education requirements such as CPR certification Collaborate with other healthcare professionals or occupational health teams to support client recovery and pain management strategies Promote our services through excellent customer service, ensuring clients feel valued, comfortable, and motivated to return Requirements Valid state licensure or certification as a Massage Therapist with demonstrated proficiency in massage therapy techniques Experience with various modalities including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, and medical massage preferred Strong knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to ensure safe and effective treatments Prior experience in pain management or occupational health settings is highly desirable Excellent client communication skills with the ability to assess patient needs accurately and provide personalized care Certification in CPR and first aid required; ongoing education in massage therapy techniques is a plus Ability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends as needed to accommodate client schedules Join us in delivering exceptional therapeutic experiences that rejuvenate bodies and uplift spirits!
