We are looking for a Hawaii-licensed Massage Therapist to join our team in Honolulu, Hawaii . This is a flexible, part-time opportunity with patients already scheduled and ready to be treated. Your clinical observations and massage therapy expertise will be valued as part of each patient's overall care. Work With Patients Who Need Your Clinical Skills This is not a spa-based massage role. You will work with patients recovering from injuries, motor vehicle accidents, work-related conditions, surgeries, chronic pain, and movement limitations.

Your treatment may include:

Clinical and medical massage Deep-tissue techniques Neuromuscular therapy Soft-tissue mobilization Targeted work to address pain and mobility limitations Support for post-surgical and injury recovery Patient education related to stretching, posture, and movement Build a Schedule Around Your Availability We understand that flexibility matters. Our current need is for Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and patients are already scheduled during those hours. What You Will Do As a Massage Therapist at Action Rehab, you will: Evaluate each patient's soft-tissue condition, pain level, range of motion, and treatment needs Provide individualized, one-on-one massage therapy during 60-minute appointments Apply clinical techniques such as deep-tissue massage, kneading, neuromuscular therapy, and targeted soft-tissue work Treat patients recovering from injuries, motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, surgery, and chronic pain Communicate with patients about their symptoms, treatment response, and progress Collaborate with Physical Therapists and other members of the patient's healthcare team Coordinate treatment with the patient's broader rehabilitation plan Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Complete daily SOAP notes required for insurance-reimbursed treatment Follow applicable documentation, billing, privacy, and clinical standards Educate patients about corrective stretching, posture, and appropriate at-home rehabilitative activities Provide a professional, respectful, and supportive patient experience What We Are Looking For We are looking for a dependable, patient-focused Massage Therapist who enjoys clinical work and communicates well with both patients and colleagues.

Our ideal candidate will have:

A current Hawaii Massage Therapist license Approximately 1-2 years of massage therapy experience Experience providing medical or clinical massage Experience working with workers' compensation and motor vehicle accident patients Familiarity with insurance-based treatment, documentation, and billing requirements The ability to complete thorough and accurate SOAP notes Strong clinical judgment and communication skills A collaborative approach to working with Physical Therapists and other healthcare professionals A genuine interest in helping patients reduce pain, regain mobility, and return to meaningful activities New graduates may be considered if they demonstrate strong clinical skills, professionalism, and readiness to work independently. Please note that formal mentorship or structured clinical training is not currently available for this position. Applicants must already be authorized to work in the United States.
