We are looking for a reliable, compassionate, and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. Our practice focuses on therapeutic massage and helping clients manage pain, improve mobility, and feel better in their everyday lives. We work with a variety of clients, including veterans, insurance patients, workers' compensation patients, auto/no-fault patients, and private-pay clients. This is a great opportunity for an LMT who enjoys therapeutic work and wants to grow with a small, locally owned practice. Schedule We are currently looking for availability primarily on: Tuesdays Thursdays Saturdays This is a part-time position , with the opportunity for additional hours as the practice and client schedule grow. What You'll Do Provide professional therapeutic massage based on each client's needs Work with clients experiencing chronic pain, muscle tension, injuries, limited mobility, and other musculoskeletal concerns Perform appropriate massage techniques within your scope of practice and training Complete timely and accurate treatment documentation Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming treatment space Follow clinic policies, scheduling procedures, and professional standards Communicate professionally with clients and the Waypoint team What We're Looking For Current Hawaiʻi Massage Therapist license in good standing Professional, dependable, and punctual Strong communication and client-care skills Comfortable providing therapeutic and deeper-pressure massage when appropriate Able to maintain professional boundaries and client confidentiality Willing to learn our procedures for working with medical and insurance-based clients Experience with medical or therapeutic massage is preferred, but we are willing to work with the right therapist Experience with techniques such as trigger point therapy, myofascial release, deep tissue massage, PNF stretching, cupping, gua sha, or other therapeutic modalities is a plus.
