Aloha! Lomilomi Hana Lima Boutique & Spa is looking for a caring, professional Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team on a seasonal / on-call basis at our boutique spa in Kailua. This is a wonderful opportunity for a Massage Therapist who already has another position, private practice, or flexible schedule and would like to earn extra income while working in a peaceful, supportive spa environment. We especially need additional support during our busy holiday season and summer months, along with frequent Saturday coverage and occasional coverage throughout the year. We are looking for someone who has a genuine passion for massage therapy, enjoys helping people, and is happy to step in and support our team when extra coverage is needed. Experience in Lomilomi Massage is a plus. Schedule This is a part-time, seasonal and on-call position.

We often need help with:

Saturday coverage (MUST) Holiday season coverage Summer season coverage Vacation and staff coverage Occasional Monday and weekday shifts Additional shifts throughout the year as needed Saturday availability is highly preferred, as Saturdays are one of the days we most often need additional support. There is no guaranteed weekly schedule, so this position is best suited for someone looking for flexible work and additional income. Requirements Current Hawaii State Massage Therapy License Current Massage Therapy Liability Insurance Minimum 2 years of hands-on massage therapy experience preferred Strong deep tissue / deep pressure massage skills Relaxation massage experience Comfortable using a computer for scheduling and SOAP notes Friendly, dependable, professional and nurturing Excellent communication skills Team-oriented Flexible and willing to help when coverage is needed Previous spa experience preferred Experience in Lomilomi Massage is a plus We Provide Training In Our massage and day to day protocols Boutique spa standards Guest care and spa procedures Responsibilities Perform professional massage therapy services Customize treatments based on each guest's individual needs Maintain accurate SOAP notes Provide exceptional guest care and tea service Assist with laundry, stocking, cleaning, and daily spa duties Help maintain a peaceful and welcoming environment Care for our loyal clientele with professionalism and Aloha Our Culture At Lomilomi Hana Lima Boutique & Spa, technical skill is important — but character matters just as much.
