Position Purpose Provide exceptional, personalized massage therapy services while creating a welcoming, relaxing, and professional experience for every guest. Build lasting relationships through care, communication, and a genuine commitment to each guest's wellness. What We're Looking For Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Iowa A passion for massage therapy, wellness, and helping people feel their best Strong knowledge of massage techniques and the ability to customize treatments based on each guest's needs Professional, warm, and confident communication skills A polished and professional presence that reflects the Serenity Couture standard Strong attention to detail and pride in creating a clean, peaceful treatment environment Ability to build genuine relationships with guests and encourage repeat visits Reliable, organized, and able to work independently while being a collaborative member of the team A willingness to continue learning and growing professionally Compensation During the first 6 months, therapists are paid $12/hour OR their earned commission, whichever is higher. After the first 6 months, the position transitions to commission-only compensation. Tips are always paid in addition to hourly or commission earnings.
