Join Our Growing Team at Northwest Integrated Health Northwest Integrated Health is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and patient-focused Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our collaborative healthcare team. We are an integrated wellness practice where massage therapy plays an essential role in helping patients improve mobility, reduce pain, recover from injury, and achieve their long-term health goals. Our massage therapists work closely alongside chiropractors and medical providers to provide comprehensive, individualized care in a supportive, team-oriented environment. As our practice continues to grow, we are excited to be moving into a brand-new, significantly larger clinic at the end of the summer. Our new facility has been thoughtfully designed to better serve our patients while providing an exceptional work environment for our team. The expanded space will include additional treatment rooms, upgraded equipment, improved workflow, and room for continued growth as we expand both our services and provider team. This is an exciting opportunity to join us during a period of growth and help shape the future of our practice. What You'll Do Provide professional therapeutic massage treatments based on each patient's individual needs and treatment goals. Collaborate with chiropractors and other healthcare providers to support patient care plans and improve clinical outcomes. Educate patients on self-care techniques, stretching, and wellness recommendations when appropriate. Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough treatment documentation. Ensure treatment rooms remain clean, organized, sanitized, and fully stocked throughout the day. Assist with linen management and maintaining overall treatment room readiness. Monitor your daily schedule and communicate promptly regarding scheduling changes, supply needs, or time-off requests. Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture by supporting coworkers and participating in ongoing learning and professional development. Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming and comfortable experience for every patient. Qualifications Current Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) license in the State of Idaho. Previous professional massage therapy experience preferred. Experience working within a chiropractic, rehabilitation, or multidisciplinary healthcare setting is a plus, but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative healthcare environment.
