Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic massage services aimed at promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for our diverse patient base. This role requires a professional with strong patient service skills and a deep understanding of physiology and anatomy. The Licensed Massage Therapist will work closely with patients to assess their needs and develop personalized plans to enhance health outcomes. We pay for all hours onsite! Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address client-specific concerns Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans based on individual health conditions and goals Educate clients on pain management strategies, occupational health practices, and post-treatment care Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, client progress, and treatment outcomes in compliance with medical terminology standards Ensure a safe, clean, and relaxing environment for clients at all times Collaborate with other healthcare professionals or medical staff as needed to support holistic patient care Stay current with industry best practices, new massage techniques, and relevant medical knowledge to continually improve service quality Requirements Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist Proven experience in patient service, patient assessment, and applying various massage techniques such as deep tissue and trigger point therapy Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and pain management Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients Experience working as a massage therapist is preferred Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality Knowledge of anatomy and physiology necessary for effective treatment planning
