About the Opportunity Restore Manual Medicine LLC is seeking a Licensed Acupuncturist or Licensed Massage Therapist to sublease a shared treatment room within a professional, collaborative wellness practice. This opportunity is ideal for an independent practitioner looking to grow their own business while working alongside other healthcare professionals in a supportive environment. As an independent practitioner, you will maintain complete control of your own practice, including scheduling, billing, documentation, patient care, and business operations. Responsibilities Provide safe, ethical, and high-quality patient care within your scope of practice. Maintain all required Illinois licenses, certifications, and professional liability insurance. Schedule and manage your own appointments and patient records. Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA and applicable regulations. Keep the shared treatment room clean, organized, and sanitized before and after each patient. Provide your own professional supplies, linens, equipment, and treatment materials unless otherwise agreed. Respect the shared schedule and leave the treatment room ready for the next practitioner. Communicate professionally with patients and fellow practitioners. Foster a welcoming, respectful, and healing environment. Comply with all office policies and building regulations. Requirements Current Illinois license in Acupuncture or Massage Therapy in good standing. Current professional liability insurance. Ability to practice independently. Professional, dependable, and punctual. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong commitment to patient-centered care. Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a clinical or wellness setting. Established patient base or motivation to grow an independent practice. Interest in collaborating with other healthcare professionals. Passion for holistic, evidence-informed care.
