Responsibilities Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, tailored to individual client needs. Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their health history, current concerns, and treatment goals. Communicate effectively with clients to explain treatment procedures, gather feedback, and adjust therapies accordingly for optimal results. Ensure a safe and hygienic environment by adhering to sanitation protocols and maintaining equipment properly. Stay informed about the latest advancements in massage therapy and related fields such as physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to enhance service quality. Experience Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification. Proven experience in providing diverse massage modalities such as Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, Hot Stone, and prenatal massage. Strong knowledge of human physiology and anatomy relevant to therapeutic massage practices. Excellent client communication skills with the ability to assess needs accurately and build trusting relationships.
