Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and occupational health treatments to meet individual client needs Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their health history, current condition, and treatment goals Educate clients on the benefits of different massage modalities and recommend appropriate therapies for pain management and relaxation Maintain detailed treatment records while adhering to medical terminology standards and privacy regulations Communicate effectively with clients to ensure comfort, address concerns, and tailor sessions for optimal results Apply knowledge of physiology and anatomy to deliver safe, effective treatments that support overall health and injury recovery Uphold the highest standards of customer service by creating a welcoming environment and ensuring client satisfaction throughout each session Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification to practice legally in your jurisdiction Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and pain management Excellent client communication skills with the ability to assess needs accurately and explain treatment plans clearly Embark on a rewarding career where your skills directly improve lives!
