Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans tailored to each client's condition and goals. Apply knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to ensure safe and effective therapy sessions. Educate clients on pain management strategies and occupational health practices to support their ongoing wellness. Maintain detailed documentation of treatments, patient progress, and treatment plans in compliance with health regulations. Provide outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client questions or concerns promptly. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary to optimize patient care and recovery. Requirements Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification. Proven experience in patient service, patient assessment, and delivering various massage modalities such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including standing, walking, and applying pressure for extended periods.
