Job Description

Job Overview Join our team as a Server and/or Bartender, where your energy and personality will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this role, you will serve standard drinks and cocktails as well as food from our expansive menu. Your multitasking ability and great personality will make this job enjoyable and rewarding for you. Responsibilities Take and accurately process drink and food orders using POS system Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations Provide exceptional customer service by being attentive to guests and answering questions about menu items Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas Skills Proficiency with POS Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar patrons simultaneously during busy hours Extensive customer service experience with a focus on hospitality Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling protocols, and responsible alcohol service regulations Previous experience a plus, but will train the right candidate Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests, team members, and management Basic math skills for calculating bills, tips, and inventory needs Familiarity with beverage preparation a plus, but not required We are a busy restaurant/bar looking for enthusiastic people to join our fast paced work environment.

$15.00 - $25.00 per hour
