We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping clients feel their best while delivering exceptional therapeutic care in a relaxing spa environment. In addition to providing massage services in our spa, this position may include opportunities to participate in corporate wellness events, chair massage programs, and wellness services at local senior living and retirement communities. Responsibilities Provide customized therapeutic massage treatments based on each client's individual needs Perform a variety of massage techniques, including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, relaxation, and pain management Conduct client consultations and assessments to develop appropriate treatment plans Educate clients on self-care, wellness, and recommended treatment frequency Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment space Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming experience for every guest Represent Tre Lux Wellness Lounge professionally during off-site wellness events, including corporate chair massage programs and wellness services at senior living communities Participate in ongoing education, team meetings, and training for new services as needed Qualifications Current Illinois Massage Therapy License Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology Experience with deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and therapeutic massage techniques Excellent communication and customer service skills Spa experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for specialty services.
