We are a Day Spa with a healthy company culture and a team who love all things spa and wellness located in Downtown Plainfield. If you are tired of the usual corporate spa culture of getting clients in and out, having to hit retail sales goals or your job is threatened, gossiping and possessiveness of clients, that all clients are good clients even if they are disrespectful or inappropriate, being treated like a cash cow instead of a human, we may be a great fit. A&M Esthetics is founded, owned and operated by a 14 year licensed Esthetician who wanted to break away from the corporate spa culture as only seeing clients and the team as a cash cow. Showing up for clients where they need us most. Providing a place where can listen to their wants/needs and has the time to address them. She understands what it is like in the spa world and the business is not ran by a hairdresser, Doctor or a Business Guru who is not familiar with spa. We are looking to add two Massage Therapist to our team who are passionate about their career where this is not just a side hustle for you. If you love what you do so much, that it doesn't seem like work and you are always wanting to progress your skill set, I think we may be a good fit! We are open 9am to 9pm, Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday 9am to 5pm. We are looking for both morning and evenings shifts.
