Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness clinic. This position is ideal for a motivated massage therapist looking for flexibility, independence, and the opportunity to grow their practice. In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage therapy services designed to promote pain relieve and enhance overall well-being. This is a commission based independent contractor position offering a flexible schedule based on the massage therapist's availability. Responsibilities Provide professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and other modalities tailored to patient needs Educate patients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate therapies for ongoing wellness Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment in compliance with health regulations and industry standards Document client sessions accurately, including treatment details and progress notes Communicate effectively with clients to ensure comfort, address concerns, and foster trust Stay updated on the latest massage therapy techniques, industry trends, and health regulations to continually enhance service quality Requirements Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification to practice legally Prior experience in massage therapy is preferred Strong knowledge of human physiology and anatomy to tailor treatments Excellent patient service skills with the ability to assess client needs accurately and communicate clearly Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and pain management experiences
Pay:
$40.00 - $60.00 per hour
