Self care looks good on you, and we're looking for someone who believes that too. The Skin Body and Wellness Clinic is a small, locally owned spa in Plainfield offering facials, massage, red light therapy, and infrared sauna. We're growing and adding a second massage room, which means we're looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist(s) to join our team and help build something real with us, not just fill a shift. We are open to full or part-time availability. This isn't a corporate spa mill. You won't be rushing through a rigid modality menu or seeing a different client every 30 minutes on a conveyor belt. Our massage is booked simply, by time, and you're trusted to adjust your technique in the room to what the client actually needs that day, whether that's Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or lymphatic work. One-on-one, private room, real conversation with your clients if they want it, real quiet if they don't. What a day here looks like You'll come in, get your room set up, and see clients for 60, 90, or 120 minute massage sessions throughout your shift. Clients can add on hot stones, cupping, CBD oil, or a foot scrub, so no two sessions look exactly the same. Between clients you'll have time to reset the room and yourself. We keep the pace slower and more intentional here, not stacked back to back with no breathing room. You'll work alongside our front desk and other providers, and we genuinely like each other here, which matters more than people think. What you'll be doing Providing massage therapy tailored to each client, adjusting modality and pressure based on what they need in the moment Keeping your treatment room clean, comfortable, and ready for the next client Talking with clients about their goals so you can recommend the right session length or add-ons for them Keeping accurate notes and documentation for each session Being part of a small team that actually communicates, not one where you're on an island What we're looking for A current, active Massage Therapy license in Indiana Someone who takes the craft seriously but doesn't take themselves too seriously Reliability. If you say you'll be there, you're there A genuine interest in client care, not just getting through the appointment Comfortable with a commission-based pay structure with real earning potential as your client base grows (we'll walk you through exactly how this works) Pay Commission-based, with a paid hourly rate for prep and required in-house time on top of your session commission. Your commission percentage grows over time as you build your client base and hit milestones with us, so this is a role with real room to grow your income, not a flat rate that never moves.
