Zen Massage is a relaxed place to work, where we focus on providing excellent massage to the public without the hassle of contracts or memberships. With us, you work in a truly Zen environment and focus on clients - not selling. You serve an already established base and rapidly growing new client list to build your business. We advertise, promote you and your skills, and provide all supplies. All shifts available -- your schedule is flexible. Please be responsible and dependable. Compensation is 40%-48% depending on the hours and days you commit to. Additional compensation for repeat request business. Grow your knowledge and profession by being with other great Licensed Massage Therapists.

Job Type:
Independent Contractor. Commission plus gratuities and bonuses. Full-time or Part-time. Responsibilities Provide professional massage therapy services including Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, and sports massage to clients, tailoring techniques to individual needs and wellness goals. Conduct client assessments, discuss treatment plans, and maintain accurate records, ensuring clear communication and consent. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized treatment space; manage hygiene, sanitization, and equipment preparation. Monitor client comfort and safety, respond to concerns, and provide appropriate CPR/first-aid as needed. Support client retention and service expansion through excellent customer service and professionalism.
