Your expertise will help clients achieve relaxation, pain relief, and improved mobility through tailored treatments. Responsibilities Provide professional massage therapy services using various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, and Reiki to meet individual client needs. Conduct thorough patient assessments, including intake interviews and understanding medical histories, to develop customized treatment plans. Utilize medical software to document client progress, treatment details, and maintain accurate health records securely. Educate clients on post-treatment care, including breastfeeding support, postpartum recovery, and nutrition advice when appropriate. Collaborate with healthcare providers on patient care plans, including labor & delivery support and telehealth consultations when applicable. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment adhering to all health regulations and safety standards. Stay current with industry best practices by participating in ongoing training related to physiology knowledge, anatomy, medical terminology, and new massage techniques. Skills Proven experience in patient service with excellent client communication skills that foster trust and comfort. Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and patient assessment. Ability to work effectively with families and provide compassionate care tailored to individual needs.
