Educate clients on post-treatment care, including breastfeeding support, postpartum recovery, and nutrition advice when appropriate. Collaborate with healthcare providers on patient care plans, including labor & delivery support and telehealth consultations when applicable. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment adhering to all health regulations and safety standards. Stay current with industry best practices by participating in ongoing training related to physiology knowledge, anatomy, medical terminology, and new massage techniques. Skills Proven experience in patient service with excellent client communication skills that foster trust and comfort. Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and patient assessment. Ability to work effectively with families and provide compassionate care tailored to individual needs.
