Responsibilities Perform professional massage therapy sessions using techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and occupational health treatments. Educate clients on the benefits of different massage modalities and recommend appropriate therapies for pain management or relaxation. Maintain detailed treatment records while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with clients to ensure comfort, address concerns, and build lasting relationships based on trust and professionalism. Stay current with industry best practices, including medical terminology updates and new massage techniques. Adhere to all licensing requirements, including CPR certification and state-specific regulations. Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification. Proven experience in massage therapy, including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and occupational health treatments. Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to accurately assess patient needs. Excellent patient communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
