Optimal Chiropractic & Wellness (OCW) is an established, evidence-based chiropractic and wellness practice in Cambridge, MA. We are expanding our services to include one-on-one assisted stretch therapy and are looking for a motivated, professional, and personable Stretch Therapist to join our team. This is an opportunity to build a strong client base while working within an established healthcare and wellness environment with an existing patient population and a steady demand for stretching and mobility services. About the Position We are looking for a licensed and insured massage therapist, stretch therapist, or qualified movement professional who is passionate about helping people improve flexibility, mobility, recovery, and overall physical well-being. The therapist will provide individualized, hands-on assisted stretching sessions similar to the services offered by companies such as Stretch Zone and StretchMed. Sessions will be performed one-on-one in a private treatment room within our Cambridge office. Services Offered Our planned assisted-stretching services include: 15-minute sessions — 30-minute sessions — 45-minute sessions — 60-minute sessions — The position can begin on a part-time basis, with the potential to develop into a larger schedule as demand grows. What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate is: A licensed massage therapist or appropriately credentialed stretch/movement professional Professionally insured. Experienced or interested in assisted stretching, mobility, flexibility, recovery, or corrective exercise Comfortable providing hands-on, one-on-one stretching Friendly, personable, and professional Comfortable working with a wide variety of clients Reliable and punctual Able to communicate effectively with clients Interested in building long-term relationships with clients Comfortable working alongside a chiropractic and wellness team Experience with assisted stretching, sports recovery, mobility work, corrective exercise, personal training, physical therapy, or similar services is a plus.
