Provide a variety of massage techniques including swedish, deep tissue, hot stone Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to address pain management effectively. Maintain accurate records of patient treatments and progress. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and self-care practices. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the treatment area. Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance the overall patient experience. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Proficient in client's assessment techniques to identify specific needs. Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other therapeutic modalities. Knowledgeable in pain management strategies and occupational health principles. Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to massage therapy practices. Solid understanding of anatomy and physiology as it relates to therapeutic treatments. Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a welcoming environment for all patients. Experience in a med spa setting is a plus, enhancing the breadth of services offered.
