What You'll Do Deliver personalized massage therapy sessions tailored to each client's needs, goals, and comfort level Use appropriate therapeutic techniques safely and effectively (including deep tissue when indicated) Conduct thorough intakes and ongoing assessments to guide treatment plans Maintain clear, professional documentation of services provided Educate clients on self-care, recovery, and long-term wellness strategies when appropriate Uphold a clean, calm, and welcoming treatment environment Collaborate respectfully with team members to support a positive, high-quality client experience Qualifications Active Massachusetts massage therapy license (required) Foundational understanding of anatomy and body mechanics Strong communication skills and professional boundaries Commitment to ethical, client-centered care Reliability, integrity, and pride in your work New graduates are encouraged to apply.
