We are hiring founding therapists who treat bodywork as both craft and hospitality. The role Provide therapeutic and relaxation massage to luxury spa standards. Seasoned therapists and newly licensed graduates are welcome. We will train you on our service menu. Responsibilities Provide 60-, 90-, and 120-minute massages, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and other menu modalities Assess needs and adjust pressure throughout the service Use professional draping and keep the room calm and private Deliver a quiet, high-end treatment. Check in as needed, then let the guest rest to keep and build clientele Reset and sanitize rooms after every service Keep accurate treatment notes and stay on time with the front desk Qualifications Active Massachusetts Massage Therapist license Graduation from an accredited massage program Hands-on experience preferred.
