Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic and relaxation massage services to clients, support their wellness goals, and maintain a high standard of care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of therapeutic massage techniques based on client needs and preferences Conduct client consultations and maintain accurate treatment records Recommend appropriate treatment plans and self-care options Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and state regulations Collaborate with team members to support a positive client experience

Qualifications:

Current Massage Therapy Certification from an accredited program Active state licensure to practice massage therapy (as required by state law) Knowledge of various massage modalities (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and client rapport

Preferred Skills:

Experience working in a spa, wellness center, or clinical environment Training in specialized modalities (e.g., hot stone, prenatal massage) CPR/First Aid certification (preferred but not required)

Work Environment:

Client-focused, supportive, and wellness-driven Flexible schedule options may include evenings or weekends

Pay:

$28.00 - $42.00 per hour
