Verbena Salon & Spa is seeking experienced, professional Massage Therapists to join our growing team. What You'll Do Perform customized massage services based on each guest's individual needs. Conduct thorough consultations and recommend appropriate treatment plans. Create a relaxing, professional, and therapeutic environment for every guest. Maintain accurate treatment notes and uphold all sanitation and safety standards. Recommend home care products and wellness services when appropriate. Work collaboratively with our salon and spa team to provide an exceptional guest experience. Qualifications Current Maryland Massage Therapy License required. Minimum of 1 year of professional massage therapy experience. Strong knowledge of anatomy, body mechanics, and therapeutic massage techniques. Excellent communication and guest service skills. Professional, dependable, and motivated to continue learning.
