Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking Licensed Massage Therapists who want to make very good money (get paid an hourly rate whether it's touch time or not, TIPS (our customers tip nicely) and commissions (for selling any of our premium services). In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage therapy services designed to promote relaxation, alleviate pain, and enhance overall well-being. You will be utilizing a variety of massage techniques and therapeutic modalities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on clients' lives while working in a vibrant, supportive environment committed to health and wellness. This is a very busy and upbeat spa. Flexible scheduling (choose the days you want to work). Pay is $30/HR plus tips and commissions (enjoy the security of having a set hourly rate whether you're doing a massage or not). You'll get paid every Friday via direct deposit. Duties Provide professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address client-specific needs. Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment by adhering to sanitation protocols and professional standards at all times. Qualifications Valid Maryland license as a Massage Therapist Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with all clients.
