Every treatment plan is tailored to the individual, and our team works collaboratively to provide exceptional patient care. About the Position This role focuses on delivering therapeutic massage services while working closely with our chiropractic physician to support patient treatment plans. Collaborate with the chiropractor to support comprehensive patient treatment plans. Evaluate each patient's goals, health history, and physical condition before treatment. Create individualized care plans designed to reduce pain, improve mobility, and promote overall wellness. Perform trigger point therapy and other manual techniques to address muscular dysfunction and chronic tension. Maintain timely, accurate treatment documentation while following applicable healthcare regulations. Ensure treatment rooms remain clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards. Deliver an exceptional patient experience through professionalism, compassion, and effective communication. Qualifications Current Massage Therapy license meeting all Maine licensing requirements. NPI preferred or willingness to obtain one after employment. VA credentialing is a plus, though we will assist qualified candidates with the application process. Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic massage principles. Experience creating individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments. Proficiency in Deep Tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain relief techniques. Previous experience in a chiropractic office, rehabilitation clinic, medical spa, or occupational health setting is an asset. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a commitment to high-quality patient care. Why Join Us? Our practice values teamwork, professional growth, and compassionate care. You'll work in a supportive environment where your expertise is appreciated, your schedule is managed by our experienced front office staff, and you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of veterans and other members of our community.
