Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) - In-Home Medical Massage Paid Drive Time | Paid Setup & Breakdown Time M & M Home Care is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to provide in-home therapeutic and medical massage services in Ann Arbor, Canton and Ypsilanti. This position starts with ~6 visits per week with room for growth! Our therapists are valued members of the treatment team and play an important role in functional recovery and pain management. Position Overview You will provide skilled, in-home therapeutic massage tailored to clients with: Chronic pain Orthopedic injuries Neurological conditions Post-traumatic musculoskeletal restrictions This is clinical massage delivered in coordination with occupational therapists, physical therapists, nurses, and case managers. Responsibilities Provide individualized therapeutic/medical massage treatment in the home setting Apply appropriate treatment modalities based on client presentation Develop and propose individualized treatment approaches Educate clients on the role of massage in recovery and long-term wellness Maintain accurate and timely treatment documentation Communicate effectively with members of the care team when appropriate Transport of massage table to and from client's residences Follow infection control, safety, and professional standards Preferred Experience Experience in medical or therapeutic massage strongly recommended Medical massage certification preferred Experience working with injury recovery, chronic pain, or neurological conditions a plus Qualifications Current Michigan Massage Therapy License (required) Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Self-motivated and organized Ability to manage time efficiently in a community-based setting Strong body mechanics and injury prevention awareness Interested?
