Responsibilities Assist licensed massage therapists in providing therapeutic treatments including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy. Learn and apply medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and patient health documentation. Observe and participate in patient education on pain management techniques, occupational health practices, and wellness strategies. Maintain accurate records of treatments performed, patient responses, and progress notes in compliance with privacy regulations. Support the clinic's commitment to exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries professionally and courteously. Requirements Currently enrolled in an accredited massage therapy program or related health sciences field. Demonstrated knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and basic medical terminology. Strong interest in developing skills in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques. Ability to perform patient assessments with attention to detail and compassion. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. Prior experience or familiarity with spa environments is a plus but not required; eagerness to learn is essential.
