Overview We are seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist/Independent Contractor to join our team and perform massage therapy in a variety of modalities. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various massage techniques and be dedicated to providing exceptional client care. As a Massage Therapist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the well-being of our clients through therapeutic touch, pain management, and relaxation techniques. Your schedule will be Mondays and Wednesdays. With more hours available if desired. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and tailor massage treatments accordingly. Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming environment for clients and addressing any concerns or questions they may have. Stay updated on anatomy knowledge and physiology to enhance treatment effectiveness and ensure client safety. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the treatment area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Skills Strong patient service skills with the ability to empathize with clients' needs. Expertise in deep tissue and Swedish massage for effective pain management. Solid understanding of physiology and anatomy knowledge. Excellent customer service skills to foster positive client relationships.
