Job Description
Massage Therapist (LMT) Join our Wellness Team! Vitality Healthcare, PC is a high-volume, well established, integrated functional medicine center located in Portage, MI. We provide exceptional care in our state-of-the-art wellness facility in Southwest Michigan using a multi-disciplinary, total approach to overall health, which includes functional medicine, primary care, chiropractic, massage therapy, and nutritional medicine. We are looking for friendly, positive, and professional full or part-time licensed massage therapists to join our team, that are seeking an opportunity to work with dedicated professionals passionate about our goal of improving the lives of our patients. Vitality Healthcare, PC is also dedicated to providing our team members with a positive, team oriented and professional work environment. Part-time up to 30 hours per week available M-F, no weekends! Full time massage including administrative duties also available if working a minimum of 32 hours per week. Part time status includes amazing wellness discounts & vacation pay. Full time status includes medical benefit package, holiday and vacation pay.
Responsibilities:
- Administering massage using therapeutic modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, clinical/medical massage, prenatal, Craniosacral, or myofascial release
- Display excellent communication skills with clients and colleagues in a positive and engaging manner
- Maintain state licensure and liability insurance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient environment
- Complete accurate SOAP notes for each client
- Educating patients regarding our unique wellness approach and referring in new patients
