In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage therapy services that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for our diverse clientele. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health and relaxation goals through personalized treatment plans and professional care. Responsibilities Provide a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and occupational health treatments tailored to individual client needs Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their health history, current concerns, and treatment goals Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend appropriate treatment plans for pain management and relaxation Maintain detailed records of each session, including client feedback and treatment notes in compliance with privacy regulations Ensure a safe and hygienic environment by adhering to sanitation standards and using proper medical terminology during client interactions Communicate effectively with clients to address questions, explain procedures, and foster a comfortable experience Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education requirements such as CPR certification Experience Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification in CPR Proven experience in massage therapy with a strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology Hands-on expertise in various massage modalities including Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and medical spa treatments Prior experience in pain management techniques and occupational health settings is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to assess patient needs accurately and communicate effectively with diverse clients Knowledge of patient service principles combined with excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming environment Familiarity with med spa operations or healthcare settings is a plus Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to enhancing well-being through expert massage therapy.
