Job Overview We are seeking 1-2, passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapists to join our unique, dynamic wellness team. In this role, you will provide exceptional massage therapy services that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being for our clientele. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health and wellness goals through personalized treatment plans and professional care. Duties Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish & deep tissue. Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual conditions and goals. Apply your knowledge of physiology and anatomy to ensure safe, effective therapy sessions that align with medical terminology and pain management strategies. Communicate clearly with clients about their treatment options, progress, and post-session care instructions to enhance their experience. Maintain accurate documentation of each session, including client history, treatment details, and progress notes in compliance with health regulations. Ensure a safe environment by adhering to all sanitation standards. An an Independent Contractor, supply all your own: laundered linens, massage oils, creams, lotions, other products & tools. Opportunity to participate in community vending sponsorships to help market yourself to the community & gain new clientele. Qualifications Minimum 1 Year as LMT. <30 minute commute to the studio Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification to practice professionally. Specialization and/or certification in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Prenatal, or a massage modality outside of traditional Swedish, Deep Tissue, & Sports Massage. Proven experience in massage therapy including Swedish& deep tissue massage. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and pain management techniques. Excellent client communication skills with the ability to assess patient needs accurately and deliver personalized care.
