Overview Right Spot Wellness is a growing integrative healthcare clinic seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Massage Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. We provide chiropractic care, functional medicine, acupuncture, massage therapy, and wellness services in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Whether you're a recent graduate or an experienced therapist, we'd love to meet you if you're passionate about helping people improve their health and quality of life. Responsibilities Perform therapeutic massage treatments based on each patient's needs Conduct client assessments and document treatment notes Work collaboratively with chiropractors, nurse practitioners, and other providers Educate patients on stretching, recovery, and self-care techniques Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment room Follow all clinic policies, safety standards, and state licensing requirements Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting patient relationships Uphold all safety standards by maintaining CPR certification and adhering to medical terminology protocols during treatments. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary to optimize client outcomes and support holistic wellness approaches. Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification in massage therapy. Proven experience in various massage modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and occupational health treatments. Strong knowledge of human physiology and anatomy to perform effective treatments and understand client conditions. Experience with patient assessment techniques and pain management strategies. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with diverse clients. Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy practices. CPR certification is required to ensure client safety during treatments. Prior experience in med spa settings or occupational health environments is preferred but not mandatory.
